Part 1 Preperation of Mind

So here is the issue with the INS fingerprints... 1) We both have passports. I thought that meant we were Red White and Blue Americans 2) We have had 3 sets of prints taken (In the era of intergovermental cooperation hence the name change from INS to who knows what now, you would think that one set shared among the interested partied would be enough 3) Security Guard 4) My past history with authority figures especially govermental ones 5) Again what do we need INS fingerprints for??? The local state and federal agencies have all "checked us out"
