On Friday October 26th Jennifer's parents, Jim and Shirley, took on the adventure of Ethiopian food. Although they were a bit cautious, after one bite they were hooked. Also along for the ride was a great couple, Deb and Brett. They also plan to adopt from Ethiopia. We dined at Fasika on Snelling Avenue in St. Paul. I think we all would highly recommend the restaurant. It is a cozy, family friendly place with excellent food and service.
